Search Terms
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Lane County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its separate privacy policy and terms.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the message and supplied contact details as needed to respond. That material is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Information Collected Automatically
