Nature of the Service

This private reference has no official authority and stores no government jail, court, release, or corrections records. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a public-record request for a visitor.

The site organizes links and explanations for Lane County and Oregon inmate, jail, release, supervision, and facility resources. Some pages also connect visitors with outside research tools. Those links do not turn this site into the custodian of the underlying record.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people or its operation. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site while violating any applicable law.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision on site content.
• Attempt to enter accounts, servers, or systems without authorization.
• Run bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
• Interrupt, overload, damage, or restrict access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Lane County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising or search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or any other employment decision.
• Tenant selection, leasing, or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates and coverage.
• Licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links and Outside Services

The site links to Lane County release resources, sheriff and corrections pages, Oregon courts, federal locators, legal-help sources, and commercial search tools. An outbound link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, security, prices, or availability. Review the terms and privacy policy of each outside service before using it. Government record access may also be limited by applicable law, including the Oregon Public Records Law.

Service Provided As Is

All content and functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made about:

Custody status, release data, office contacts, fees, and public records can change. Nothing published here is an official statement from Lane County, a sheriff, a court, ODOC, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lane County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lane County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site, your violation of law, or your breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise identified, the text, design, graphics, logos, and code belong to Lane County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from those materials without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. A revision becomes effective when the updated terms are posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised version.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to some or all of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Oregon Governing Law

Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oregon.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the degree needed to make it enforceable.
